Fifteen travel agents have returned to Australia after a week of Swiss indulgence, thanks to Switzerland Tourism, Rail Europe and the Swiss Travel System. The agents were top performers in this year’s Swiss Travel Pass Superstar training program.
The agents travelled around using the Swiss Travel Pass, which gave them access to all public transportation throughout Switzerland plus museum entries.
The group started in Basel and over the next couple of days, they visited Mount Titlis, with its jaw-dropping views of the Alps, as well as Mt Rigi, via a cogwheel.
Other Swiss Travel Pass Superstars from India, Brazil, Japan, UAE, CHINA and Singapore joined the A/NZ agents at M Rigi, before a boat ride back to Luzern.
The Swiss Travel Pass Superstar Gala Night at the Stadtkeller in Luzern was a highlight of the famil, where all 100 agents from around the world were recognised for their efforts in promoting and selling Swiss Travel System products.
The famil continued to highlight the many wonders of Switzerland. The group flew courtesy of SWISS International Air Lines.
The Swiss Travel Pass Superstar program will run again in 2016.

The agents were hosted by Mark Wettstein, director of Switzerland Tourism ANZ and Ingrid Kocijan, manager Australasia for Rail Europe.
